The reason why human society’s constant pursuit of educational fairness is that it is important sign to measure social justice to some extent. Devoting major efforts to making the fairness of education a reality, not only is China’s long term development goals in education, but also the ideas of educational reform in the rest of the world countries. But from current situation of educational development around the world, the inequality of educational opportunities is still very prominent, and is getting worse.As the professional education, the higher education cultivates elitists of different levels according to society needs, and its senior professional requirements determine that social class enjoy this kind of competitive education resources. Along with the expansion of higher education and the improvement of living standards, people are increasingly focused on whether the education opportunity is equal. Society members at all levels enjoy equitable access to higher education is the starting point of many higher fields. This paper obtains literature research methods、 empirical research and make profound reflections on our country’s equality higher education opportunities from the perspective of public economics, education, administration management and sociology. Chinese scholars mainly based the research of higher education equity on respects from family background> regional differences、urban and rural differences to social stratum differences and gender differences in deep or shallow discussions. But comprehensive analysis of all influencing factors and relevant suggestions to solving the problem are still relatively rare.The article provides a comprehensive analysis and related empirical research of different classes and family backgrounds between urban and rural students. Setting to explore how to effectively protect the rural children’s interests on the higher education opportunities with the increasingly expanding education scale. It puts forward how to reduce our quality higher education entrance gap between urban and rural areas. In university education system, only to speed up the transformation of universities education ideas, so that a good environment and platform can be offered for our to our country’s equal opportunity of higher education. On economic system, transform economic structure system and narrow the urban-rural income gap. In the internal support system, pay more attention to the weak and poor of the educational group, set up effective student financial assistance system, etc.
