Because of the special situation of our country, the problem of peasants has become so important that a slight more in one part may affect the situation, as a whole .we must solve the education problem of peasants in china. Therefore the problem of opportunity equality of higher educational entrance plays an important role in the education of china and the overall development of the society. How is the situation of that in china? What are the problems existing now? What are the influence factors? What should we do next? There questions always trouble us . Under such a condition the writer begins the research on the problem.The intention of the paper is to reveal the current situation and the problem existing through empirical analysis on the problem of opportunity equality of higher educational entrance. Based on the analysis the author concludes the influence factors that are the presupposition of further study.This dissertation makes an overall empirical analysis and research from the perspective of sociology according to our own situation and the characteristics of students in countryside with the comprehensive methodology, which includes literature review, comparative method. Questionnaire interview, etc.Through analysis the author points out that in recent years the entrance opportunity of higher education for students in countryside is increasing in general and at the same time we should realize the serious unequal situation. There are distinctions in general situation, reign, gender, college level, college type and major. It is a negative signal and trend form the perspective of social justice and harmony.According to the above the author concludes three main factors that influences the problem, social factor, educational factor and individual factor. The social factors include the weak political status of countryside,backward in economics and the borderline culture;for the educational factors the problem is closely related to education policy. Artificial grade in secondary school education and the NMET enrollment system;the individual factors consist of reference group and family influence which are all very important.Through the empirical and according to the influence factors the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: From the social factors: (1) Improve the political status of countryside. (2) Charge the backward economic situation of countryside. (3) Construct cultural and educational small cities. From the educational factors: (1) Provide entrance base to higher schools for the students of countryside from the perspective of policy. (2) Assign educational resources of secondary school in a rational way from the perspective of justice. (3) Reform the current NEMT system form the overall consideration. Form the individual factors: (1) Strengthen the basic education in countryside and improve the student's personal quality. (2) Strengthen the social education and improve the quality of the whole population in countryside.In the light of the current situation of our country, the problem of opportunity equality of higher educational entrance has become a complex social matter that influences the social balance. Harmony and stability. This problem will have great affect on the social development of china. Considering this everyone should take positive actions to deal with it.
