With the foundation education reforming unceasingly in our country, all aspects of the teachers have been constant changes in the teaching. Among them, the classroom teaching is the key in the whole teaching activities,and teachers teaching ability directly affect whether the teachers finish theteaching task excellently. Therefore, teaching assessment has become inseparable part of teaching, through the evaluation of teachers’ classroom teaching ability can promote teachers to improve classroom teaching ability, also is one of the effective ways to improve the teaching quality.At present, under the impetus of the reform of basic education in our country, the development of school wushu has obtained certain achievements, martial arts training in Beijing all the primary school has comprehensive promotion, Martial Art class also become one of the main courses elementary school physical education, in the process of primary and secondary schools of martial arts teachers can play your role, depends on whether elementary school wushu teachers have good teaching ability. Martial arts, therefore, to establish a scientific and reasonable elementary school teachers’ classroom teaching ability evaluation index system will help elementary school to the further development of martial arts, is one of the important topics of perfect primary school wushu course.Based on elementary school wushu teachers classroom teaching ability evaluation index system as the research object, through a number of experienced experts and teachers to investigate,understand the elementary school in Beijing wushu development present situation,the status of teachers and primary school of martial arts teacher should have the ability of classroom teaching, obtain first-hand data. Then using "Delphi method" to screen the indexes that form the elementary school teachers classroom teaching ability, through the questionnaire data statistics,3first-level indexes,8secondary-level indexes, preliminary build a primary school wushu teachers classroom teaching ability evaluation index system, and then according to the opinions of the experts and consulting a large number of literature, to determine the third-level and, weights, eventually formed a set of scientific ability of primary School wushu teachers classroom teaching evaluation.
