Martial arts and Sanda,as an important part of traditional national sports,play an important role in cultivating national spirit and spreading excellent traditional culture.Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating high-level talents in martial arts and national traditional sports.The talent training direction and ability of colleges and universities play an important role in the development of martial arts and Sanda.However,in the current talent cultivation in colleges and universities,the emphasis on students' practical ability of free combat teaching is not enough,the target of talent cultivation is vague,the structure and mode of talent cultivation are relatively simple,and students' cultural foundation and scientific research ability are weak,which cannot meet the social demand for high-level talents.Based on the above problems,this paper starts from the Sanda project and aims to study the composition of the Sanda teaching ability of middle school students in the undergraduate martial arts and national traditional sports majors,and constructs a scientific and reasonable specific teaching ability structure for students of martial arts and national traditional sports majors.The index system,according to the current college students' traditional sports majors' deficiencies in Sanda teaching ability,points out the direction and goal for their next step of learning and development.At the same time,it also provides theoretical guidance for colleges and universities to cultivate the teaching ability of students majoring in martial arts and traditional ethnic sports.Through the scientific methods such as literature method,Delphi method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method,this paper takes the teaching ability of college students' martial arts and national traditional sports majors as the research object.By consulting a large number of related journal articles and Sanda teaching books in colleges and universities,combined with expert opinions in expert interviews,the index system of Sanda teaching ability of college martial arts and national traditional sports majors was initially constructed.The Delphi method is used to screen the students' Sanda teaching ability.After three rounds of expert survey,the importance of the indicators is sorted.At the same time,the weight of each index is calculated,and the index system of Sanda teaching ability of studentsmajoring in college martial arts and national traditional physical education is determined.The following conclusions were obtained through expert interviews and the Delphi method:(1)At present,in the training of martial arts and national traditional sports professionals in colleges and universities,it is far from enough to attach importance to the training of students' practical ability of sanda teaching,and the update of talent training objectives and modes is slow.The orientation of talent training in colleges and universities is not accurate enough to meet the requirements of professional development.The cultivation structure and mode are also relatively simple,and the innovation is not enough.All of these can't meet the current social demand for high-level compound talents.(2)Students majoring in martial arts and traditional ethnic sports in colleges and universities are basically admitted through the national single enrollment examination,and they are all national athletes of level 2 or above in sports.The students have good professional skills,but weak cultural foundation and scientific research ability.(3)Through three rounds of expert surveys,it is finally determined that the student Sanda teaching ability structure system includes three levels of indicators,pre-class teaching design ability,in-class teaching implementation ability,after-class teaching evaluation and reflection ability are composed of three first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 42third-level observation indicators.(4)After experts screened,confirmed and ranked,the students' Sanda teaching ability indicators,the highest weight of sanda teaching implementation ability is 62.4%,followed by the weight of teaching design ability is 30.1%,and finally,the weight of teaching evaluation and reflection ability is 7.5%.According to the research needs,the third-level indicators in the index system of sanda teaching ability can be used as observation points,and the specific operation of the third-level indicators can achieve the quantitative evaluation of students' sanda teaching ability.
