In this study, used the methods of video analysis, expert interview, mathematical statistics and test methods to analysised the10weeks before the Games training characteristics of63kg female wrestler King Ruixue2012Olympics study, aimed at preparing for a case-by-case parsing for the latter part of ourpreparing to provide and summarize the major events of the women’s wrestling experience and lack of available reference, the main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.
