Psychological capital is based on positive psychology, combined with themanagement organization to individual as the core of the “positive mentalstrength ". in this study, Erdos Area preschool teachers as the researchobject, to investigate the psychological capital situation, and the analysis of itscauses, and combining with the construction of various elements of thepsychological capital, discusses how to effectively use various kinds ofresources of psychological capital on preschool Teachers’ intervention andachieved the expected results, which shows that psychological capital can bechanged ascension through intervention.This study uses “psychological capital questionnaire”(PCQ) as anassessment tool, using the method of questionnaire investigation,180preschool teachers in Erdos Area were investigated. Research shows, the fourelements of preschool teachers in the area of psychological capital andpsychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, tenacity) have somedifferences in urban and rural areas, the only-child and non-only-child, hiringand formal distribution, the results are as follows:(1) There are significant differences between the teachers and theteachers’ psychological capital, formal teachers’ psychological capital ishigher than that of the employment of teachers. In addition, four dimensionsof psychological capital are also show obvious differences, the fourdimensions to hire teachers generally lower than the formal workers.(2) The only-child and non-only-child teachers have significantdifferences in psychological capital, its dimensions, self-efficacy and hope inthe dimension of only-child and non-only-child teachers do not existsignificant differences, but there is significantly difference in the two dimensions of optimistic, toughness.(3) urban preschool teachers’ psychological capital and ruralkindergarten teachers has no significant difference compared, four dimensionsof only self-efficacy town kindergarten teachers was significantly higher thanthat of rural teachers, the other three dimensions are not significant difference.Based on these research results, this model from the psychologicalcapital intervention "Luthans", is presented in this paper. The interventionmethods of psychological capital construction, toughness multi-anglechannels of preschool teacher’s self-efficacy, hope, optimism, developmentand construction, improve preschool teachers’ psychological capital,psychological capital and intervention study of preschool teachers comparedwith before and after the test, data analysis, proof of the psychological capitaland its elements can be obtained through intervention to improve. In addition,through the research expectation can improve social concerns degrees ofpreschool teachers’ psychological capital construction in a certain extent, cansolve the widespread social sub-health problems, promote the development ofindividual,Also many littles make a mickle., to provide help for theharmonious development of the society.
