With the development of the period, education is more and moreconcemed by contemporary,but because of regional restrictions and thelevel of economic development,education in rural areas remains the toppriority of the current educational to be solved.This article is on the basisof the investigation and analysis for which the Linghai township primaryhigh school chemical status,to find the shortage of conducting chemicaleducation in this area so that we can teaching chemistry better andprovide reference valuable materials to improve student achievement.Current the Linghai rural junior high school Chemical Education: schooleducation with limited resources, adverse laboratory construction,damage is serious lack of experimental drugs as well as instruments, cannot guarantee the completion of the the experimental teachers teachingtextbooks to thinking through the survey found relatively conservative,poor implementation of the new curriculum the relatively undisciplinedstudents in the classroom can not closely follow a single the teachers paceof teaching methods of teachers, multimedia and network use less.Problems exposed above of a careful analysis of the reasons for theseproblems: the school’s own mismanagement, lack of reasonable andeffective management system is not enough reasonable allocation offunds for teaching, lack of government funds for investment in education,students lack interest in learning chemistry, students’ families forineffective supervision of student learning, teacher education shall not betreated. The authors propose some suggestions to improve the Linghaitownship junior high chemical state of education:First suggested thatschools should give full play to students interested in chemistryinteresting and appropriate to carry out chemical contest to promote students’ mastery of knowledge;Second, we must improve the quality ofteachers for knowledge succinctly practice, arranged diversifiedoperations;And to explore the township’s own potential, to find their ownresources teaching development scenarios teaching;Finally, state andlocal governments to increase investment in township high schoolchemistry education essential.
