Research On Employment Problems And Countermeasures Of Graduate In Linghai City

Graduates are a special group of higher education,which is a valuable resource for the country.The employment of graduates is not only related to the well-being of individuals and families,but also to the stable development of the whole society.In recent years,the CPC and governments at all levels attach great importance to the employment problem of graduates,making numbers of policies and measures to secure the employment of graduates.However,the problem of graduates' employment is not fundamentally solved.There are many researches on the employment of graduates in China,but how to research the employment problems and countermeasures of graduates from the angle of the county is seldom discussed.And such research is of great theoretical value and practical significance to the employment of graduates and development of county economy.This paper uses literature research method,case study method and questionnaire survey method,base on the domestic and foreign research on the employment of graduates,research the employment problem of graduates in Linghai city.Through the analysis,at present,the main problem of Linghai city is the employment policy of government departments lack of implementation,graduates are difficult to obtain effective employment information,and listed in the enterprises needs of the people is less and the level is low,which formed the contradiction between supply and demand in the employment of graduates,and the lack of practical ability,the concept of employment of the graduates their own is not correct the increase of graduates' employment difficulty.Linghai employment of graduates appeared above problems owning to the lack of employment public policy and measures,the information channel is not smooth,low level of economic development and the unreasonable economic structure and employment concept needs to be improved.In view of the above reasons and puts forward some countermeasures for the actual Linghai city to solve the problem of employment:the government departments to improve the employment policy,improve employment information channels,vigorously develop the local economy and the adjustment of economic structure;Employers should establish a correct concept of selection and employment,and give more attention and help to the graduates;Graduates to improve their comprehensive quality,and establish a correct concept of employment,in order to improve the probability of employment.To coordinate each other through various aspects,hope to fundamentally solve the employment problem of graduates in Linghai city.
