With the implementation of the new educational curriculum reformation, student evaluation is also experiencing a new reformation successively. Gradually, people realize that the traditional student evaluation concerning about the result (test scores) and the ranking has influence the growth and development of students. The new evaluation concepts of through evaluation to improve students'development, which was advocated by the new educational curriculum reformation is recognized by the majority of educators and become the core guiding concept of student evaluation. The developmental student evaluation is just based on the concept. The majority of previous study always focused on the student evaluation outside the classroom, such as the "Portfolio" "Homework-reviews" and so on. However, the study of student evaluation within the classroom which is the main part of the educational activities does not exist yet or is not deep enough, but this kind of student evaluation is the most common way for teachers to evaluate the students, and it is also an important channel to evaluate the emotions, attitudes and values of students, evaluate the learning process of students timely, give feedback and guide to help students get more development on math study and other aspects. The strategy of this kind of student evaluation is the main focus of this essay.This article focuses on junior middle school mathematics classroom, research how to evaluate the performance of the student in the 40 minutes of teaching time efficiently and scientifically, which can promote the development of the students study and the growth. The first chapter describes the researching background and method, the cont-ent and the innovation of the developmental student evaluation during the math teach-ing time in the classroom, clarifies how important this kind of student evaluation for t-he students successive math study and development. Chapter two and chapter three a-re are the key parts of the essay. The second chapter firstly defines the developmental student evaluation during the math teaching time in the classroom, clarifies and analy-ses its theoretical foundation which are constructivism, humanism, multiple intelligen-ce theory, postmodernism, Rosenthal effect and the theory of developmental evaluati-on. also deeply describes the core concepts of this kind student evaluation, which are true, process, diversification of methods and evaluators.Chapter three focuses on rese- arching two methods of this kind of developmental student evaluation, they are Real-time evaluation of mathematics classroom, as well as the use of classroom observation by math teachers. With the example of evaluating the student performance on answer-ring math questions, Real-time evaluation of mathematics classroom research strategy, focusing on the math teaching time in the classroom which is the main time for the in-teraction between teacher students has been deeply discussed, and tells us how to imp-lement evaluation full of appreciation, encouragement and guide to help students inc-rease the interests of math learning and promote the student'development of the math learning and other aspects. The study of the strategy of self-classroom observation, d-eeply discuss what the teachers do on observation and record the performance of their students during the teching time, how to design and use the sheet of classroom observ-ation to evaluate the students, how to analyse and give feedback and guide to students for their better development and growth. Finally, through the power of experimental s-chool mathematics teachers of the project "theory of innovation platform of Teacher Education", the strategy of Real-time evaluation goes into the math classroom and ac-cepts the check, which made us improve the theory further, also pointed out the direc-tion for the future research in the following research.
