A Discuss Of The Professional Relationship In Local Social Work Under The Differential Mode Of Association

Nowadays, Chinese society faces the serious social problems with the fast development of economy, as the decisive factor to solve social problems, the introduce of social work is the inevitable choice in the social development of modern China. Social work originated from western society, it spreads to China from the West as a "foreignness "in the days of China’s "opening up", therefore, the development of Social work in China inevitably has a "colonization" feature. As a result, localization research on social work had been studying since it was introduced into China.Social work is focus on solve social problems, the main point is dealing with human beings, for this reason, How to establish a professional relationship and what kind of professional relationship should establish has a very important position among the subjects of this major.. In today’s Chinese society, traditional mode of human relations still plays an important role among Chinese people. Under such circumstances, use methods originated from western society to build a professional relationship seems to be difficult, and may eventually cause problems when put it into practice. The research of professional relationship in local social work is a priority for all.In this paper, through a comparative study on the pattern of difference sequence of interpersonal relations and the establishment of the social work professional relationship, in the first part discusses the origin and development of the pattern of difference sequence, analyses the characteristics of interpersonal relationship and establish the pattern of difference sequence elements to establish social relationships, in the second part discusses the related theory of the relationship between social work professional, elements correlation analysis between professional social work and the establishment of social work professional. To establish different demand by two kinds of relations, and ethical dilemmas in practice, professional relationship building social worker and the process of practice, explore the social work professional relationship localization needs. This paper adopts the research methods of interview and literature data for China, the pattern of difference sequence of social work professional relationship from the western social work theory and practice.On the relationship between social work localization, should experience in social work practice in developed countries and regions, the establishment of professional standards for local social relations and procedures, and such standards and procedures for testing in practice. Limitations of the study:such as lack of practice, the limitation of sample. To further expand the sample and the content of the research study, in order to summarize a more suitable to China’s social work professional relationship way.
