Since the establishment of full-time professional degree in 2009,the scale of professional degree graduate students has been increasing.Their status in graduate education has become increasingly important.In recent years,large-scale professional degree graduate education leads to the convergence of academic degree graduate students education.The difference between the classification of education mode is not obvious.The characteristics are not clear enough,which is an important problem in the education system.This thesis takes the differential education mode of professional degree postgraduates as the research object.It analyzes the necessity of deepening the differentiated education mode of professional degree postgraduates.It studies the latest achievements of the classified education mode of postgraduates and the domestic and abroad research.It introduces the current situation of differential education mode of professional master's degree students.It summarizes the problem of differentiated education mode of professional degree postgraduates.It interviews with teachers and questionnaire survey to students to research the status of the classification of education mode.Through the investigation,it researches other colleges and universities the classification of education mode with successful practices.It analyses the causes of the problems in the differentiated education mode of professional master's degree students.The lack of practical requirements in professional degree training program,the imperfect system of joint training practice between schools and enterprises,and the imperfect quality assurance system of professional degree dissertations are the main causes.Based on the theory of TQM,this thesis puts forward the comprehensive reform measures for the differential education process of professional degree postgraduates,and establishes a set of differential education process for professional degree postgraduates.It establishes a special quality assurance system and cooperates with enterprises to create training programs.The special degree standards and defense process for professional degree postgraduates are implemented.The practice bases for joint training between schools and enterprises are required.So it can promote the differential education mode of professional degree postgraduates,which is different from the education mode of academic degree postgraduates.Combining the theory with research and practice,it reforms the training program and the evaluation standard system of dissertations.Professional practice teaching,practice bases inside and outside schools are valued.This thesis verifies the feasibility of deepening the theory of differential education mode in the process of professional degree postgraduates.The implementation effect is pointed out through comparison and evaluation of the effectiveness.The distinctive training program hasbeen formed.A number of off-campus practice teaching bases have been established.The evaluation criteria of professional dissertations are put forward.It solves the problem of convergence between professional degree graduate students and academic degree graduate students.
