Research On The Establishment Of Professional Relationship In Children's Services In Rural Distress

The establishment of professional relationship is the precondition for the social work development service.This study analyzes the change process of professional relationship at different stages from the emotional dimension and attitude dimension of professional relationship,discusses the influencing factors in this process,and the professional relationship to service effectiveness impact.Based on the guidance service for the growth of children in special needs,this research studies the children in special needs from the perspective of professional relationship in social work,and explore the changes of professional relationship in process of entire service through conversation,daily observation and personal experience of growth guides,at different stages of professional relationship establishment,growth guides also have different problems and approaches to dealing with them,how to gain the trust of mentees in the early stage of professional relationship establishment is the focus growth guides need to pay attention to.As services go on,growth guides and mentees become more familiar with each other,the mentees also rely more and more on growth guides,and double relationships are possible,the problem the growth guides face is to deal with the empathy of mentees and double relationships,at the end of professional relationship,the focus growth guides need to pay attention to is to deal with emotional separation of mentees and strengthen service effect.China is a developing country,and the cultural foundation of Chinese society is human relationship.The theory of "differential pattern" is a good interpretation of the facts of interpersonal communication in China.People first ask for help from family members or relatives,followed by non-relatives,such as friends,neighbors,etc.,and finally "outsiders".From strong to weak.In services,it is found that when the growth guides carry out services under cultural background of Differential Pattern,the first thing is to establish a "human relationship" with mentees and gain the trust of mentees,and start with their interests and gradually enter their life world,at the same time,it is necessary to obtain the recognition of primary group and peer group of mentees in order to carry out service,and it need to focus on the impact of local culture on services,only by combining institutional trust and interpersonal trust in social work can we better establish professional relations with children in special needs and develop professional assistance services.
