In order to further stimulate the vitality of primary and secondary schools,the Ministry of Education and other eight departments advocated to ensure the autonomy of education and teaching in primary and secondary schools,and encouraged and supported schools to combine local and local conditions to develop their own characteristics and standards.At the same time,it emphasizes the leading role of school culture and the concise,scientific and correct school philosophy.The 2035 of China's Education modernization also points out that "we should vigorously promote the modernization of educational concepts" and "pay more attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude".On the other hand,the state stresses "to improve teaching methods,carry out a variety of educational and teaching activities,and actively explore educational and teaching models that conform to the characteristics of the subject,the requirements of The Times and the law of student growth".In his speech at the National Conference on Education,Minister Chen Baosheng also proposed that "education and teaching reform should go deeper" and "comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching in primary and secondary schools".It can be seen that the scientific and modern educational concept and the exploration of teaching mode are still important topics in China's education.This study on the concept of "ecological education under the school improvement project" nanguan district area,in the long term field research and a large number of literature review,on the basis of nanguan district to improve the school S school as the study case,using the methods of case study method,interview method,observation method combing and explore S formation process of the school teaching mode.Firstly,the basic connotation of "learning-research-application-creation" teaching mode under the concept of differential education is defined as the basis of this research.Secondly,it refines the construction mechanism of "learning-research-application-creation" teaching mode under the concept of differential education.Finally,through the analysis of several typical lesson cases,the implementation effect of "learning-research-application-creation" teaching mode under the concept of differential education is evaluated,and the existing problems are reflected.Finally,suggestions are provided for S school to improve the construction of teaching mode.This research lasted nearly three years,through the research of the above problems,the conclusion is drawn: First,the results of teaching model construction point to the joint promotion of teachers' professional development and students' personality development.The result of the construction of teaching mode is not only to promote the development of students,but also to improve the professional ability of teachers.Second,the mechanism of constructing the teaching model is an organic whole for the school from bottom to top and outside cooperation linkage.The construction of teaching mode in S School forms an overall mechanism of teaching mode construction in the school,which is bottom-up,circular and interlinked with external forces through the intermediary mechanism.Third,the value of constructing the teaching model lies in steadily improving the school teaching quality and classroom teaching efficiency.This study finds that there are still some problems in the construction of the "learning-research-application-creation" teaching model under the concept of differential education,such as the general setting of teaching objectives in the teaching model,the lack of the design of evaluation system,the difficulty in the operation and implementation of the teaching model,and the difficulty in debugging the subject teaching model.At the same time,this study puts forward several suggestions for the construction of the teaching model in S School.It is hoped that S School can improve the existing problems in the construction of the teaching model by perfecting the construction system of the teaching model,creating the cultural atmosphere of the school,and enhancing the level of teachers' theoretical knowledge.Finally,it is hoped that this study can provide some references and suggestions for other schools to construct characteristic and scientific teaching models.
