Love given by teachers to students is teacher’s love, without which, there will be no education. Teacher’s love plays a very important role in students’receiving education and their lives after growing up. Experts, scholars in education and educators through generations and geographies have implemented extensive and deep study as well as practice of teacher’s love. But the study of teachers’love before was mainly from the visions of teachers and adults to survey and discuss it. This study attempts to use the method of lived experience study, taking the experience of children’s teacher’s love as the object of the study, observing and experiencing the teachers’love from the children’s perspectives. The study focuses on the teacher’s love experienced by the children in elementary schools. The study upholds the attitude of "returning to the facts themselves" and pays close attention to the teacher’s love experienced by the children in the real life.This study is unfolded in three stages:the teacher’s love helps the children transit smoothly from the family life into the school life; the teacher’s love enables the children to grow freely in the school life; the teacher’s love lets the children discover themselves, affirm themselves and have the ability to take the initiative to adapt to the social life.The study discovered that the teacher’s love experienced by the children is indeed different from the love that the teachers think they give the children. The teacher’s love that children have felt reminds us, that in the process of implementing education to children, teachers should have not only a loving heart but also the understanding of the art of love, and they must get down to know what children really need. Teachers should give the children the most proper and effective love; teacher should care for the children regarding them as a holistic man; teachers should give the children appropriate care in all time and spaces of their lives. Educators should make use of teacher’s love to activate kids’all potentials, boost their spiritual development, arouse their love for them themselves, for others, for nature and for society with teacher’s love, and cultivate talents who are capable, thoughtful, caring and lovely.Teacher’s love is a reflection of the teacher-student relationship, and the meaning in this study is that we need to start from the need of children to give them the teacher’s love they want. This provides the foundation for elementary school teachers to improve the teacher-student relationship and to establish truly harmonious teacher-student relationship with the students.
