At present, due to the examination, the competition of entering a higher school pressure is more and more intense, resulting in additional now a lot of teacher workload. It is generally believed that, the workload of teachers lead teacher occupation pressure, occupation burnout, which will affect the physical and mental health and the sense of teaching efficacy.Since teachers generally feel heavy workload, so how to teachers’ teaching efficacy sense? How the correlation workload of teachers and teaching efficiency sense? In order to demonstrate these problems, The study take random sampling, Extracting a demonstration primary school and a normal primary school. To using the method of questionnaire and interview. Through an anonymous way a total of75questionnaires were issued,67were recovered, of which65effective questionnaires, the rate of recovery was86.7%. The test in the school as a unit ", the workload of teachers" primary school in Beijing city and Beijing Normal University School of psychology questionnaire compiled by Yu Guoliang,"teacher efficacy scale" were used to measure.All the data were used SPSS19.0software for analysis and processing.The Conclusion is:(1)On the primary school teachers’ workload, The average daily workload:7.39hours; The average weekly workload:15.15hours.(2) Primary school teachers’ workload includes:The teacher daily lessons, homework, after-school tutoring; teachers weekly lectures, teaching and research activities, contact with parents and collective lesson preparation.(3) The teachers’ sense of efficacy has individual difference characteristics, such as teaching and individual teaching efficacy in0.05levels (bilateral) was significantly related with age increasing, the teachers’ personal teaching efficacy showed a tendency to rise.
