Youth Social Work Sinicization

In the period of social transformation, crime, Internet addiction and drug issues is more and more common to Chinese adolescents. Adolescent problems existing solutions, such as ideological and political education and other methods, it is difficult to solve the problem. We need a new kind of adolescent problem solution. Youth social work professional is a good choice. In the west, professional social work in response to the problem of youth has played an effective role. Young people of western professional social work introduction into solving teenage problems meet China’s choice. Because the youth social work from the west is not fully adapt to the actual situation of our country, is not well suited to youth problems in China. So the effective solution to Chinese present problem of youth, youth social work in China is imperative.This paper is mainly through the analysis of relevant literature on adolescent social work in China. This paper is mainly divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the source and significance of the topic, research status of youth social work at home and abroad, youth social work research topics and research methods. The second chapter is the research background of youth social work in China, including the background of the times and social background. Through the study of the background, clearly in the western social work among teenagers in the face of environmental differences. The third chapter mainly expounds the youth social work in China in the process, including the China Youth Social Work in China and the development of social work in China Development and the formation of the Shanghai mode, Guangzhou mode and Wuhan mode. The fourth chapter puts forward the main problems and reasons in the adolescent social work from the youth social work in three respects:the young teenagers, social workers and institutions.
