Currently, adolescence is an important period of life and it is also a special time, theydo not mature in personality and ideology, prone to bias, and adolescents in the period ofsocial transformation in the thinking and behavior more likely to be some bias, which alsomakes deviation youth work becomes important and urgent. In the current study on juveniledelinquents, mainly focused on the definition of juvenile delinquents and by type, thinkingand behavior deviation occurs because of their involvement and social workers, the youthand for practical research deviation less, and no case studies of social work process deviationadolescents conducted, aiming at this position deviation youth social work case analysis andassessment, found the problems and propose appropriate countermeasures, hoping to practicefor the future of juvenile delinquents work has a certain significance, and thus be able topromote their development. This paper mainly used in the collection of data in the literature,interviews and observation, and in the analysis of the data is mainly qualitative researchmethods.This article will introduce the education sector CIPP evaluation model to assess thesocial work process, combined with its expertise in social work, social work processevaluation results fit the pattern, this evaluation model and research needs in this articlehave a higher fit, and therefore to apply it to the collection and collation of data, the use ofsuch a combination, and assess social work practice provides a new perspective and methods.An assessment of the social work process deviations adolescents, found some problems inyouth work practice deviations exist in the work, mainly for the one-sidedness of programgoals made, problems professional relationship with the client’s social worker, case themain system and resources system definition unscientific own shortcomings group workmethods and poor long-term effectiveness of intervention services. For these problemsappear in the article concludes with a corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, setprogram objectives to fully able to meet the client’s needs; program implementation with thecase before the main workers to establish a good professional relationship; overcome theirown group limitations in life by a group set up to switch between real-life transitionactivities; emphasis on intervention and long-term effects; scientific and rational case the main system and defining resource systems. I hope these suggestions can promote thedevelopment of social work practice of juvenile delinquents.
