The rapid development of science and technology set off a wave of public entrepreneurship and innovation.Under the social and economic environment,adolescents become the most active and most dynamic forces in the development of society as a whole.But at the same time,the community "out of school,unemployment,loss of management" youth groups are also exposed in the public eye.With the "three losses" the number of young people increased year by year,which triggered a series of social problems such as young people drop out of school,juvenile delinquency and other issues caused by the community thinking.Social work has been in our country and increasingly professional,but also to its humane way of helping people in the youth social work to show superiority.How to use the social work expertise to solve the "three loss" of young people has become the subject of this issue.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of A community and the needs of "three loss" youth in the community,this study explores the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention.Through the case study and the professional method of group work,This paper tries to explore the way of the case work and the work of the group involved in the "three loss" youth problem in the A community,and sums up the dilemma of the current social work intervention in the "three loss" youth problem,So as to be able to effectively and effectively explore the potential of the "three loss" youth,to solve the "three loss" of the main problems of young people to meet the "three loss" of the basic demands of young people,to help "three losses" young people to develop their social functions at the same time Realizing the Healthy Development of "Three Lost" Teenagers.
