Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Golf Talent Training In Sports Colleges In China

In 1985 the National Physical Culture Commission: "first in three regions of Beijing,Dalian and Guangdong carry out golf notice,after which,the golf club and golf industry rapidly in China's development is proposed.Growing number of golf clubs and the growing prosperity of the golf industry,bringing the huge demand for talent.According to incomplete statistics,China's golf market talent gap of 150000,especially for the demand for golf talents.With the promotion and popularization of golf,golf industry,the demand for specialized talents will gradually increase.As an important base of golf talents training in our country,we should face the actual situation of the society,and explore new ways to cultivate the talents of the golf course under the guidance of the social needs.However,the lack of talent in China's golf industry is seriously restricting the healthy development of golf industry in the golf industry.At present,many colleges and universities of physical education has seen golf training the urgency and necessity,have set up professional golf,but because of golf in China carried out earlier,many of the problems,the shortage of teachers,the venue is limited,the lack of experience in education,curriculum setting imperfect and messy problems become one of the factors affecting the development of golf education,this paper is according to the development of golf education in colleges and universities focusing on Physical Education in China: they are curriculum system of Shenyang Institute of physical education,Shanghai Institute of physical education,Guangzhou Institute of physical education,Shandong Institute of physical education,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Harbin Institute of physical education in six sports universities and colleges were analysis and research.The through the literature data method,expert interview method,investigation method,comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics,on six sports universities Golf talent training status research,analyzes our country present stage golf professional direction education present situation and existence problem: Sports Golf academies undergraduate talents cultivation objectives of broad,employment direction general,guidance is not strong is basically to the professional knowledge and skills objectives.Personnel training way is single,teaching theory and social practice and not very well together;golf teaching material content is too old,golf professional theory courses proportion is large,the importance of knowledge of inheritance,but in some extent ignored the of students' innovation ability cultivation;lack of course resources,students lack of interest,lower satisfaction of the curriculum,teaching quality system not perfect.To this end,the author hopes to put forward the countermeasures to meet the needs of golf industry through the analysis of the training and market potential of golf talents in sports colleges and the current situation of our country's Golf undergraduate education.
