The novice Chinese teachers are in the primary stage of teacher professional development,and the improvement of their text interpretation ability is an important part of teacher professional development.This study takes novice Chinese teachers with less than 3 years of teaching experience as the research objects.By means of investigation,interview and case study,the present situation of text interpretation ability of Chinese teachers' novels is investigated.Questionnaires were used to investigate the differences of Chinese teachers' novel text reading ability in different grades and teaching ages.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the classroom implementation ability of famous teachers and novice teachers through classroom records,sorts out the teaching content of novels and the corresponding representation methods,and analyzes the similarities and differences of text interpretation of Chinese teachers.Through interviews to understand the text interpretation dilemma of novice teachers,analyze the source of novice teachers' text interpretation methods,and explore the influence of this source on novice teachers' professional development.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve novice teachers' ability of reading novels,hoping to provide useful references for teachers.The full text consists of four chapters.The introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background,research problems,research status,research ideas,research methods and research significance.The first chapter mainly explains the connotation and components of novice Chinese teachers,text reading ability and novel text reading ability.Knowledge is the basis of ability,ability is the externalization of knowledge,the language teacher's discipline teaching ability is the basis of text comprehension ability,the author will subject knowledge and teaching text comprehension ability,interpret the constituent elements of text reading ability and the language teacher subject teaching knowledge including Chinese curriculum and content knowledge,Chinese teaching strategy knowledge,knowledge of student learning,knowledge about Chinese teaching situation four aspects;According to the teaching stage,text interpreting ability is divided into pre-class preparation ability,classroom teaching implementation ability,after-class reflection ability and teaching research ability.Novel is one of the genre of Chinese textbook,occupies a certain proportion in the junior middle school language teaching material,learning need to pay attention to the style of the novel unique,the connotation of the novel text,language of the novel,the diversity of aesthetic value,and so on,this needs the teacher correct guidance,therefore to improve the language teacher's novel text comprehension ability is very important.The second chapter,the main elements of the novice teacher of Chinese novel text reading ability to interpret,investigating the source of the novel text comprehension ability and research,through the questionnaire survey analysis of the current novice teacher of Chinese in the novel text interpretation when facing difficulties,understanding the different grade,the different ability of teaching the language teacher novel text reading.The third chapter mainly studies the Chinese teachers' ability to implement novels in class with case studies.Based on "my uncle in le" as an example,analyzes four teachers' classroom activity,there are three famous(Yu Ying chao,Wang jun,Jeff)and a novice teacher,understand the teachers classroom teaching the content of the novel and the corresponding representation,analysis of similarities and differences between teacher and novice teacher during text reading and understanding of the features of the novice teachers text reading.Two junior middle school novice Chinese teachers from different regions were selected for the interview to understand some of their ideas on novel teaching and explore the generation and development of novice teachers' text interpretation ability.The fourth chapter explores the structure system and promotion strategies of novice Chinese teachers' text reading ability.In order to provide a useful reference for the professional development of novice teachers,this paper proposes some strategies for teachers to improve their text reading ability from the aspects of pre-service and post-service.
