The Study Of The Talent Dispatch Of Kunming

For the important roles and the problems of the talent dispatch to the development of the economic and the social in China. This study make the talent dispatch as the object, and combined with the analysis methods including the case and the data, combined with the case of the talent dispatch of Kunming, to analysis the problems, the reasons and the countermeasures within the development of the talent dispatch.Firstly, introduce the literatures. Secondly, comparison with the talent dispatch between China and the others, to analysis the problems in China. Thirdly, combined with the case of Kunming to analysis the situation of the talent dispatch. Fourth, analysis the reasons of the defect of the talent dispatch in Kunming. Finally, to make the countermeasures to promote the development of the talent dispatch in Kunming.Through this study I think the talent dispatch of Kunming has development in recent years, but the problems still existed and to promote the development of the talent dispatch need much effort, including the law, the government, the industry association and the talent dispatch, which has an important role to the talent dispatch develop in Kunming.
