As a talent in the field of adult education, Andragogy professional postgraduate training conducive to the development of the discipline construction of Adult Education, lifelong learning and lifelong education career, promote the implementation of this strategy for a learning society and human resources. For relatively late Andragogy construction and Andragogy professional postgraduate training to carry out and pretty soon the status quo, Andragogy professional postgraduate training research has important theoretical and practical significance, conducive not only to enrich the theoretical study of Andragogy professional postgraduate training, but also has a certain significance of Andragogy professional postgraduate training practice.In this study, detailed study of adult education and Andragogy terms, Literature and culture history and the current situation of China’s Andragogy professional postgraduate training Overview Review. Then taking Fujian Province as an example, through field interviews and questionnaires carried out a detailed description of the degree in adult education in Fujian Province postgraduate training activities building, construction of teachers, students, educational content as well as education means, and on this basis on the analysis of a common problem in the Fujian Province and China’s Andragogy professional postgraduate training work. Finally, from the ideological change, adult education and degree point construction, postgraduate training model and culture means, teacher development and curriculum content optimization targeted to promote reform put forward suggestions for improvement and measures.
