Since the beginning of the21st century, the process of global economic integrationcontinues to accelerate, closer economic ties between the countries, China’s economicand cultural level has been rapid development, followed by the domesticsocio-economic situation continues to produce profound changes in:economic structuraladjustment and industrial restructuring have led to sharp rise in labor costs, along withthe gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend,"Lewis turning point" looming,domestic enterprises facing worsening living environment. In this case, how to completethe transition from the cost of fame and fortune to the "talent fame and fortune,enterprises must face the problem of human capital has gradually become the corecapital of the enterprises in the growth of competition, improve enterprise managerstheoretical and practical level to become an important way to enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises.EMBA degree in education as a mode specifically for business executives specialeducation since2002, formally approved by the State Council Degree Since the school,now more than ten years, has taken shape in the education system adapted to nationalconditions and development of ideas. EMBA education projects in China is graduallymoving towards formal part of the EMBA program features, brand building work hasbeen noticed. Therefore, at this stage to explore and examine the depth of China’sEMBA education project has important practical significance.Firstly the context of the introduction of the EMBA education development, theintroduction of the Management of Porter’s five forces model, and SWTO model, to dotheory pave the way these two theoretical models for the following; followed byanalysis of the Sino-US EMBA education project the basic situation of the development;followed by a university as an example, the use of relevant theoretical model to analyzethe University’s EMBA education projects, to find out the advantages of a universityEMBA education projects, weaknesses, and future development of space; Finally, thecombination of the above analysis, drawn the EMBA education of a university projectdevelopment should be the implementation of the differentiation strategy, combined with a university in its own actual situation, to explore one of the most suitable for thedevelopment of the university’s ideas for the future development of the the EMBAeducation project of a university to provide a theoretical basis for reference.
