The Study Of Community Education Management System In The Rural Urbanization Process

Urbanization is the important force to push the improvement of the moderneconomy, which is the inevitable tendency of the social development. The communityeducation is the product of social development while it reaches a certain stage. It is alsothe inevitable demand of the urbanization to a certain degree. From the each state’shistory of community education development, we can clearly know that each progressof the community education is the demand of the social development. Industrializationpromotes the urbanization. And the conflicts generated by the urbanization promote thegeneration of the community education. The communication education level of a nationhas the close relationship with its urbanization level. Our country’s urbanization isunder the period of fast development, quicker than any period in the history. From therural to the urban and from the farm to the urban residents, our country is faced with thegreat challenge. How to remain stable in the fast development is the problem to besolved. During the18thCPC National Congress, urbanization again becomes the focuspeople concern. The first urbanization planning of the nation will be published. The newround of urbanization will be carried out. The urbanization leads to the advancement ofthe community. In turn, the community education also forcefully pushes the progress ofthe urbanization. From the microscopic point, the community education has impact onthe living quality of the community residents and their cultural level. From a macrostandpoint, the community education makes the difference to the progress of theurbanization and the sustainable development of the society.This study community education management system in the rural urbanizationprocess as the research object, analyzing the community education management systemin the rural urbanization face difficulties and challenges, the community educationmanagement system for the construction of the advisory opinion is presented.
