Demolition and resettlement is an important part of the new-type urbanization process.More and more establishment of primary schools in the demolition and resettlement community not only meets the educational needs of the residents,but also serves as the proper meaning of the new-type urbanization construction.As a class advisor of the primary school in the demolition and resettlement community,the author deeply realized the difficulty of the work as the class advisor in the work,and found different difficulties and problems in the class management of the primary school.In response to the above,two dimensions' investigation and research method are established by author as per many literature research,namely the efficacy dimension of class management and the interpersonal dimension of class management,and evaluate and investigate the status of class management of school M basing on these two dimensions.the class advisors,school's leaders,students,and their parents are saw as the objects for investigation and research in the research,and three research methods is used for research to obtained many primary data,namely questionnaire survey,interview method and observation method.The author conducts in-depth statistics and analysis on the collected questionnaire data,interview materials and field observations,and summarizes the current situation of class management in school M: the first is low efficiency of class management,another is poor interpersonal relationship in class management.The low efficiency of class management is embodied in that the daily management efficiency of the class needs to be improved,the cohesion of the class needs to be enhanced,and the educational ability of the class needs to be improved.The poor interpersonal relationship in class management is embodied in the disharmonious relationship between teachers and students in class management,the communication between teachers in class management is not smooth,the mutual recognition between class advisor and parents is not high,the efficiency of home-school cooperation is weak,parent's disunity,etc.In a word,School M,which is in the resettlement community,is faced with the dilemma of a gap between the quality requirements of running a school and the ability of the class,and the gap between the ideal of "three comprehensive education" and the class ecology.According to the dilemma and problems in the class management of school M?the author analyzes reasons behind the formation of its problems from four aspects: the complexity and diversity at the student level,the lack of ability and energy dissipation of the class advisor,the accumulated shortcomings of the personnel system and the lack of professional support at the school level,and the reshaping of urban-rural conflicts at the social level.and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the level of home-school-society cooperative education.In order to realize the sound development of class management in the primary schools,and to provide high-quality education at the doorstep of the residents in resettlement community,a scientific and scientific training mechanism should be established by school to help the class advisors grow effectively,and create a good educational environment for the growth of students.
