The21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the core competitiveness of individuals, organizations and social development.people have80%of tacit knowledge as knowledge iceberg below is not visible treasure playing an important role for the use of20%explicit knowledge.The acquisition of tacit knowledge cannot be separated from the environment and knowledge sharing mechanisms.Network technology advances greatly promotes the awareness of lifelong learning and practice, as well as the sharing of knowledge, tacit knowledge acquisition and conversion support. With MIT and prestigious schools’video open class as well as national quality resources sharing lessons and video open class development, community and the concept of open sharing are more and more popular.National quality courses movement with Chinese characteristics "Quality Project", is to fine resource sharing lesson development and advance into video open class direction. A course in a long-term project, with the accumulation of curriculum development and curriculum resources development, integration and optimization of a high-quality curriculum resources for learners is the immediate problem of the construction of quality courses. How to mine the dominant boutique curriculum resources, tacit knowledge and tacit boutique curriculum resources, contributed to the tacit knowledge explicit and enrich the quality courses,meet students’ needs, highlighting the effectiveness of visual learning, curriculum resources conducive to students’innovative ability is the author’s thinking direction.The thesis proposes Japan knowledge scholars Nonaka and Hirotaka Takeuchi’SECI model to the transformation of the tacit curriculum resource, balance and integration. Using Nanjing Normal University visual culture and media literacy as an object, using the survey and content analysis method to do the analysis, find the use effects and content structure; borrow SECI model concept and research, explore how to promote the accumulation of tacit boutique resources, mine, transform to meet the diverse needs of learners. The significance of this study is to apply tentatively SECI model to the construction of quality courses for academic and research institutions focusing on knowledge innovation resources,explore its application feasibility and implementation measures.
