| China is a unified multi-ethnic country and the cultural heritage and development of ethnic minorities encounter unprecedented challenges under the background of economic globalization and information modernization.For Inner Mongolia,ethnic culture is the most valuable course resource,and the fusion of national culture and the kindergarten curriculum is helpful to enrich the national theory and practice,to accelerate the national culture curriculum system,and to promote the professional development of teachers.As the main disseminator of national culture,the inheritance of national cultural is the mission of Mongolian preschool teachers.However,the dilemma of teachers choosing national culture as curriculum resource is caused due to various factors.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the selection and utilization of Mongolian preschool teachers’ resources in national culture curriculum,and to solve the dilemma of understanding and operation.It is found that mongolian preschool teachers meet the dilemma of cognition and practice in choosing and utilizing national culture after the questionnaire survey was conducted among Mongolian preschool teachers On the one hand,there are the national culture and the relationship between kindergarten curriculum understanding deviation,this national culture lack of comprehensive understanding deviation.On the other hand,there have national culture course for selection and use of randomness,and teaching material tendency of "Chinese culture" practice.Using Spencer’s "what knowledge is most valuable" and Apple’s "whose knowledge is most valuable" in the curriculum theory to analyze the reasons,we arrive at the following conclusions: The cultural conflictbetween mainstream culture and non-mainstream culture is the fundamental reason for the plight of Mongolian teachers;The lack of "national cultural knowledge" and the low national culture of Mongolian preschool teachers are the main reasons;It lacks certain social support,including the research of national culture curriculum,weak and scattered research and development forces,and also lacks the teacher training of national characteristics,etc.In order to solve the dilemma of understanding and practice,this article from the perspective of curriculum resources development,professional development perspective,respectively,puts forward the solving measures,such as creating a national culture learning community curriculum resources development,build the kindergarten curriculum system national culture,improve the professional development of teachers. |
