With the rapid development of our economy and the rapid rise of Chinese,rise the domestic tennis wave,especially in colleges and universities,more and more college students pay attention to the tennis,love tennis,tennis became one of the most favorite sports curriculum in college students.The dramatic increase in the number of tennis course,to add to the high pressure,tennis teaching tennis also teach reform put forward a new proposition.Is looking forward to this study by changing the traditional skills of the tennis teaching mode,teaching by using SECI model,implementation of tennis skills teaching resources reasonable and effective configuration,lets the student can in the limited time and space,to obtain maximum tennis knowledge and skills.By changing the current school-based tennis teaching the present situation of classroom teaching,promote the students' autonomous learning,the communication among students,cultivating students' team consciousness;Our students'subjective initiative,stimulate the motivation of learning tennis.In the skills teaching,many courses are a kind of explicit knowledge,explicit knowledge imparting(from textbooks to the students),and sports skill teaching,notably tennis skills teaching some teachers have a lot of hidden knowledge has the very important influence for the teaching effect.This paper discusses the sports discipline tennis professional students of the characteristics of tacit knowledge,the skills of students in the process of learning and the principal way of tacit knowledge be innovated,and students are the main factors causing the recessive knowledge be innovated,trying to use the SECI model through knowledge socialization,externalization,coupling and internalization of the four process to explore the implicit tennis skills between students and students how to conduct knowledge into explicit knowledge and spiral,tennis skills be made explicit factors of tacit knowledge to influence students to analysis,to expect to students between the tacit knowledge be innovated and a certain contributions to improving the students' learning effect.This research mainly USES the method of teaching experiment to fujian normal university graduate student tennis professional students as the research object,through experiments in the experimental group and the control group before and after hitting accuracy,accuracy for the scoring criteria,by collecting relevant data,two rounds of experiments using spss20.0 T test was carried out on the data analysis software,comparing the experimental group and control group of the training effect.After two rounds of the experiment,obtains the following results:1.The theory to give tennis skill learning support the process of knowledge transformation,to guide the skill learning in explicit and tacit knowledge conversion,formation,selection,recombination,and the basis of present.2.Through the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge mapping of tennis skills,inductive tennis dominant knowledge and recessive knowledge skills are concept 3.Through the observation of the tennis learning process study,students study the main traits:tacit knowledge skills of students with high personality,acceptability and unconscious.4.Student tennis skills to students in the process of learning and the principal way of tacit knowledge be innovated students must be able to take the initiative to realize the existence of tacit knowledge,students build communication platform,teachers should give students a positive help,promote tacit knowledge be innovated,students should practice,completing the process of knowledge internalization,for students of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge conversion behavior incentivised 5.The main factors that influence the student sports recessive knowledge be made explicit:students' awareness of their own ability,students' individual differences and acceptance,the school or the teacher's organizational efficiency,regulations for school 6.Through this experiment seci model can significantly enhance students' interest in learning and independent in the tennis inquisition ability,inspire the students' interest in active learning tennis,improve the cognitive level of students' learning tennis skills,strengthen the students' knowledge of skills,and promotes the development of students;Traditional skills teaching mode,no obvious change in this respect.7.Through the hitting accuracy and the accuracy of the action of comparative analysis before and after the experiment,after two rounds of the experiment,through the training,students of the experimental group and the control group can improve tennis skills,adopt the seci model to study the experimental group students' skill score increased significantly,showed the seci model to tennis skill learning.
