Research On The Present Situation And Measurement Of "Combination Of Physical Training And Education" In Ordinary Primary And Secondary Schools And Amateur Sports Schools Of Shaanxi Province

This thesis is based on the research of"Combination of Physical Training and Education"in Shaanxi Province and several other provinces. The research group was made up of Provincial Sports Bureau, Xi'an Institute of Physical Education and Provincial Office of Culture and Health Department. It focused on how to take the "Combination" way to further strengthen the reserve sports talents in our province, which complied with the instruction of Comrade Zheng Xiaoming, vice governor of Shaanxi Province. From among a number of aspects, this thesis selected the "Combination" in primary and secondary schools as the subject. Education starts from children, so does the development of reserve sports talents. Amateur Sports Schools for Children are the basic units for cultivation of reserve sports talents, undertaking the mission of supplying sports talents to our sports teams at all levels. Therefore, "Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools is particularly important.The research adopts various research methods including literature review, interview, observation, case studies, comparative analysis and so on. It studies "Combination" in Xi'an Yellow River Experimental Primary School, Zhentou Middle School in Linyou County, Jinpen Bay Middle School in Yan'an, The Third Middle School of Mian County in Hanzhong as well as some ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools in provinces of Jiangsu, Shandong and Hunan. By using sociology, management, psychology, science of training and other relevant knowledge the research examines and analyzes the current situation of"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools of Shaanxi Province and other three provinces; on the basis of which it finds out the existing problems through comparative analysis and puts forward a more reasonable "Combination" training mode and corresponding countermeasures for Shaanxi Province.The investigation found that there are problems in"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools of Shaanxi Province as following: (1) the setting of the existing sports management agency county and district is not beneficial to"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools of Shaanxi Province; (2) no enough attention from local leaders; (3) the funding shortage, the existing substandard facility and lack of equipment and infrastructure; (4) inappropriate coordination of physical and educational resources in"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools; (5) the low level of professional coaches and scientific training; (6) lack of innovation in"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools.Thus, according to the current situation of"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools in Shaanxi Province and with experiences from other provinces, the study integrates the advantages of the various parties concerned and puts forward a suggestion for the development pattern of"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools in Shaanxi Province --- the governments introduce policies to enhance the importance of the schools of network type and traditional sports schools, direct the county-level amateur sports schools to rely on the local standard primary schools, and finally form the network model of cultivating reserve sports talents. The thesis also explains the advantages of this ideal model.Because reforms usually meet with resistance and difficulties and the implementation process takes time, with a lot of detailed information in hands, this research proposes some countermeasures concerning the advantages and disadvantages of cultivation of reserve sports talents to the development in the new age of"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools in Shaanxi Province: (1) to reform administration of sports sector in counties and districts, and to promote the"Combination" in ordinary primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools; (2) to arouse the full attention of the leadership; (3) sports and education departments at all levels should establish joint and steering systems; (4) to increase the funding of projects; (5) further increase the coaches training, communication and training efforts; (6) strengthen the management and construction of traditional sports schools at all levels; (7) to reform the existing competition regime; (8) to put emphasis on scientific training and scientific selection.
