New requirements has been raised for the teachers with the implementation of the new curriculum forprimary and secondary school teachers,more challenges to the new curriculum ideas on the level ofteachers’ professional development,at the same times that gives teachers professional autonomy to developnew content. New curriculum ideas for teachers is a new concept, however, teachers play a very importantrole in the new curriculum reformation, therefore, the teachers’ understanding of the concept of the newcurriculum is particularly important.If the teachers really want to improve their professional level andcontinue to grow and develop, then they can not repeatedly to emphasize the external conditions, in order toachieve the desired results, they must fully mobilize their own internal forces, independent, conscious,active development.Has been observed six secondary schools in three cities and made comprehensive analysis ofinterviews with31teachers on behalf different titles of seniority, which made more in-depth discussion ofthe concept of the new curriculum, teachers’ professional autonomy development of the root causes of themajor dilemmas, the study found: Teachers in curriculum implementation process are influenced by thetraditional concepts;There are some teachers’ misunderstanding in the theory and practice of professionalself-development; Teachers’ professional self-development capacity can not meet the needs of theprofessional development of teachers in the new curriculum ideas.The essence of teachers’ professional autonomy development problems in the new curriculum is tocontinue to promote the self-conscious in the process of active development of teachers,unless the teachersare on their own initiative to the development. Study found, I asked the teachers’ professional autonomy development under the new curriculum ideas to achieve path from teacher autonomy view: Teachers buildthe personal concepts of education to awaken the awareness of professional self-development; To carry outaction research, action research development; Teachers reflect on teaching practice, teaching reflection indevelopment; Teachers participate in school-based curriculum development and grow development ofcurriculum development. By which a break through in the plight of the professional development ofprimary and secondary school teachers, and culminated in the development of teachers’ professionalautonomy can be achieved.
