| This study will try to be used self-help groups in rural pupils, Implementation to rely on the team work for the conditions, in order to create favorable conditions to develop self-help activity way of self-help groups to create a to cultivate the students’ self management ability, good business skills, team consciousness, self-determination ability as the goal of self-help groups, by workers to guide and direct team members in the service to interact with the environment, formed the self-help ability of local characteristics, so as to effectively solve the rural primary schools lack information, human resources and low utilization rate of common problems. At the same time, in the team work, the author combined with students characteristics, the actual situation of the library and team development rule to set the activities, to strengthen interaction and communication between team members, to further promote fusion between members, to the better achieve team goals, for the formation of self-help groups team members to cultivate. Secondly, through case study method, to positive attention individual team member’s dynamic, form a good communication between words and team members, for the harmony of group to provide favorable conditions; For set up the self-help groups we will use the communicably work to provide the security of resources and feasibility of the support,Reducing the resistance which come form the community environment. So, the purpose of this study is through to achieve the goal of team work, combined with the method of case study and community work to form the books management of self-help groups, combining the actual steps of activities, try to use the self-help groups in rural pupils, to explore a new self-service pattern, for the development of school social work provides a useful reference.Through access to existing literatures, this research summarizes and draws on the contribution made by the predecessors in the self-help groups, rural schools of social work and management of library, which lay the foundation for conducting this study. According to the research approach, eight persons were chosen as group members based on this author’s investigation and democratic election. Six phases of group activities will be carried out at the library of M primary school in Yang Fan Village, Xianning, Hubei Province. In these activities, self-help behaviors will be combined into the management of the library, with the integration of groups member self-evaluation form (For each group assessment after the party), group satisfaction self-assessment form and observational method as tools to evaluate the whole activities to obtain the final results. According to the results of the assessment, some conclusions have been made. First of all, the application of self-help groups is feasible in villages. At the phases of the establishment of the group, the cultivation of crew, the formation of the self-help group, the self-group method has achieved initial results in the application of rural pupils. Second, the result of the application of the self-help groups in rural primary school is evident. Self-group method stresses the self-help in group members in response to the insufficient resources in rural primary schools in order to explore the potential of rural pupils and enhance the overall quality of rural pupils. Third, self-help group method is of great practical significance in the application of rural pupils. To carry out self-help method in rural pupils, it can cultivate students’ comprehensive ability; it can also help solve students’ confusion, at the same time to increase the available resources for students. In short, the use of self-help groups in the rural pupils provides a new practice idea for the solutions of questions of confusion among students. It contributes to the effectiveness of construction of school culture and the enhancement of students’ overall ability and exploitation of advantages. |
