To ensure effective support for the poor population,China has established a targeted poverty alleviation mechanism,and the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation strategy has attracted worldwide attention.However,the poverty problem of education in China is still serious.Due to the differences in natural conditions,social and economic status,historical background and macro regional policies,the causes and degrees of rural poverty in China vary from region to region,and the poverty problem of education in western China is particularly serious.Guizhou with the largest number of poor people,the widest range of poverty and the deepest poverty belongs to western provinces,education present situation is not optimistic for poverty alleviation,the current of education precision is more focus on poverty alleviation in compulsory education stage of the supply of funds,poor students was more out of the country's public interest,neglected the individual needs of education development.This paper first discusses the relevant theoretical basis in education poverty alleviation,namely the internal connection between human capital theory,education equity theory and the five-level theory of human cognition and education poverty alleviation.Secondly,the background of the poverty alleviation action of education in guizhou province was sorted out,and it was considered that the deduction path was from focusing on farmer training to focusing on compulsory education,followed by shifting from focusing on developing career education to pre-school and high school education,until now targeted at special groups and special groups.Again,through questionnaires,interviews,observation,data acquired by using SPSS analysis,draw a deep poverty in guizhou rural policy propaganda and consciousness,hardware configuration and the funding for poverty alleviation,supply of teachers and professional development and the status of the students' academic and personal development,according to the status quo of the find deep poverty problems in villages and towns in the education poverty alleviation,respectively is the lack of hardware resources,human capital stock,poverty alleviation and consciousness to enhance,students' individualdevelopment into a trap and joint efforts in poverty alleviation need to be strengthened;Finally,deep deep insight into the causes of poor rural education poverty alleviation problem is government education poverty alleviation function has not give full play to the education,social education lack of long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation,school daily management for poverty alleviation,parents and education environment of the double bind and students basic knowledge is weak and lacking human care,and multiple dimensions,from the government,schools and society on the depth of the reinforcement in guizhou province are put forward the countermeasures of rural education poverty alleviation strengthening ideological propaganda work for poverty alleviation,respectively,to the intercollegiate standardization management and adjust the investment structure,We will establish a precise connection of special funds,provide precise assistance to advocacy organizations and enterprises,and help local teacher training.We will provide precise assistance to individuals,improve the quality of teachers' lives,optimize personalized training for teachers,provide development opportunities for students,and promote national self-confidence.
