Study On The Mode Of Cooperation Between School And Enterprise In Higher Occupation Education Of Professional Flight Attendants

Flight attendant professional teaching vocational education is an important module, in the higher vocational education in the process of cooperation between colleges occupies a pivotal position. Because of cooperation between school and enterprise is not only the vocational colleges to develop and deliver high quality, high skill talented person’s way, also is enterprise or unit of choose and employ persons is an important means of survival, development and participate in market competition. Professional vocational flight attendant rise in China in1999, the development is not long, university-enterprise cooperation pattern still not mature, especially in the modern economic background, the flight attendant professional upgrade reform problem, need a new kind of university-enterprise cooperation models.Based on this understanding, this article through the literature research, the research methods such as interviews, case analysis, focusing on the flight attendant professional QN vocational college case, draw lessons from foreign advanced experience of university-enterprise cooperation pattern, higher vocational colleges is analyzed the urgency of the flight attendant professional to open up new cooperation pattern between colleges, expounds the construction of higher vocational professional flight attendant university-enterprise cooperation "1+n+1" pattern mode, in order to flight attendant professional university-enterprise cooperation pattern innovation to provide some theoretical and practical basis.
