Physical fitness,also known as physical fitness,refers to the ability of body parts or systems to respond to unexpected situations,including a wide range,such as speed,reaction,endurance,muscle strength,balance,flexibility,coordination and agility.Higher vocational colleges students physical fitness and occupation(labor)is related to the physical quality and labor in adverse environmental conditions tolerance and adaptability,is through the analysis of specific work ability required by the ability of physical activities,including repetitive operation ability,back muscle bearing static force ability,other muscle groups can achieve maintain working posture requirements of the working environment and human capacity,tolerance ability etc..With the ordinary university sports flight professional sports curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges hand in common,namely to enhance the physical fitness of students,improve students' physical quality,cultivate the habit of quality and healthy psychological behavior,good task;on the other hand the training goal of higher vocational colleges is different from the ordinary colleges and Universities,the teaching is directed and practical operation and professional characteristics,so the physical teaching in higher vocational colleges has its own professional flight attendants,which should serve for the characteristics of the occupation.The relationship between a full understanding of sports and occupation education,the Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the content of general education,appropriate to carry out targeted training,promote the students' occupation skill,improve physical fitness,sports to better reflect the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,which is a new topic in the current sports higher vocational colleges.This study adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,Delphi method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,research on Hebei Traffic Vocational and Technical College students physical teaching design and experiment,the main contents of the study include flight attendants professional requirements,physical fitness professional flight attendants in the design of teaching contents the physical experiment teaching content,professional flightattendants in three aspects.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn.1.The working time and space of the flight attendants have their own particularity.The requirements for the physical fitness of the flight attendants are:(1)to improve the static and endurance strength of the upper limb muscle group,shoulder muscle group,back muscle group,waist muscle group,abdominal muscle group,lower limb muscle group.(2)improve the conciseness,rapidity and accuracy of actions.(3)better aerobic endurance.(4)the neck joint,shoulder joint,hip joint and knee joint flexibility have higher requirements.(5)In terms of body shape,there are higher requirements for height,weight,body composition,shoulder width,chest circumference and pelvic width.According to the working position characteristics of flight attendants,the physical fitness teaching objectives in the physical fitness teaching program are divided into general teaching objectives,teaching semester objectives,teaching units(different stages)objectives,teaching hours objectives;teaching content includes strength quality,speed quality,stamina quality,flexibility quality,coordination,agility,physical training Practice plan is divided into three stages: basic preparation stage,basic practice stage,improvement stage and independent practice stage.The evaluation method mainly adopts the combination of process evaluation and summative evaluation.The division of the content and time of this goal is in good agreement with the physical fitness requirements of the flight attendants,which ensures the effect of physical fitness training.2.Through the implementation of the physical training program designed in this study,the experimental subjects have achieved varying degrees of improvement in the various qualities included in physical fitness.Among them,the speed quality,sensitivity quality and flexibility quality have been significantly improved,which provides a guarantee for the flight attendant students to complete the action quickly and accurately in the job.The improvement in endurance quality,coordination quality,strength quality,and female students 'control of body components is not obvious enough.In order to complete the relevant work for a long time and a high quality in the position of flight attendants,measures need to be taken to further improve the training effect.3.According to the problems existing in the implementation of the physical educationprogram,optimizing the physical education program requires the combination of strength training and endurance training for girls to control the body components,ensure the proportion of muscles in the body components,and create conditions for the completion of standard posture for various flight attendants;The flight attendant position requires a higher level of static and endurance strength of the staff.In terms of strength training,it adopts the principle of observing overload,moderately increasing the intensity of training,ensuring the quality of training actions,trying to introduce advanced training methods,and handling the relationship between training and restoration.;The flight attendants need good cardiopulmonary endurance,and they need to take two measures to improve the assessment score and increase the game content in endurance quality training.The flight attendant has long working hours and high strength,and has higher requirements for continuous physical coordination.In terms of coordination training,measures are taken to extend the training time and advance the training schedule in class.
