In the network environment, social environment, culture environment, social structure has changed. So it’s the need of times development, healthy growth for college students and education’s development. The characters and the interaction of network and college students’ cognition, emotion and interpersonal communication take dual influences in mental health and mental health education. When using the internet they pay more attention to self-expression, lack of network information identification and self-control, maladjustment of body and mind, some people embody addictive and anxious to network, weak valuce of ideas and will, and aloneness.
