Research On College Students 'mental Health And Educational Countermeasures In Network Environment

The emergence of network environment is the product of the combination of computer technology development and network technology development.Under the network environment,the mental health education of college students will also produce great changes.University administrators and mental health teachers can implement mental health education with the help of the network,a convenient and time-free platform.But the mental health of college students under the influence of the network,also make the university students mental health has qualitative change,make the content of mental health education must consider the network environment to the university students mental health,which greatly improves the difficulty and depth of mental health education.Based on analyzing the background of the research,the thesis puts forward the purpose of the research,namely to understand and master the current situation of mental health and education of college students under the current network environment.This paper puts forward a complete and systematic approach to mental health education for college students in the network environment,which also includes the evaluation index system of mental health education for college students in the network environment.The idea of the full text of the study is that:Firstly,this paper define the concept of mental health,online mental health education,and mental health standards for college students in the online environment,and to collect,collate,and analyze the literature related to this study.Then the theoretical basis of the full text is analyzed.Secondly,the article puts forward the evaluation of college students 'mental health education under the network environment innovatively,and uses this as a guide to design the questionnaire,and carries out the survey with six professional students from the School of Economics and Management of a Normal University as a sample.Then it analyzes the influence of network environment on college students from five aspects: cognition,personality,emotion,will,and social,and puts forward the focus of mental health education for college students under network environment.Thirdly,the article constructs the countermeasures of mental health education for college students under the network environment from four aspects: the goal of education,the main body of education,the content of education,and the method of education implementation.Finally,the paper summarizes and looks forward to the full text.
