The design of comprehensive questions in the History College Entrance Examination Papers has been the importance and difficulty points for the reform of history test for many years. In order to improve the quality of comprehensive questions in the history test, and overcome the "assorted-dishes" test dilemma, further study of the history comprehensive questions is required. In this paper, author try to trace the development course of the history comprehensive questions in the background of New Curriculum Reform and History College Entrance Examination Papers Reform, by using some research methods such as doing literature survey, using historical research method and comprehensive analysis method. When summarizes the experiences and lessons of the College Entrance Examination reform, we can find out a set of principles to improving comprehensive questions design. What’s more, we can explore the next stage of development trends in questions of reform through analyzing the present situation of comprehensive questions and its characteristic. At last, our history education in high school can find out some measures and strategies to get on well with this trend and create a virtuous circle of "teaching","learning" and "test".
