China is an agricultural country, rural population accounts for most of the population in our country. Rural education is the important content of education in our country, also is an important component of the socialist new rural construction. There are regional differences of economic in our country; the regional difference of education also is obvious. Eastern and western education is uneven, urban and rural education development is not balanced."For education, teacher is the most important." Teachers are key to promote balanced development of the urban education and rural education. The number of teachers and quality are the main factors which restrict the development of the rural education. To realize the balanced development of education, we must make up for the inadequacy of the rural education teachers. The plan has been carried out since2006in our country, to solve rural school teachers’problems such as insufficient total amount and structure is not reasonable, and to improve the overall level of rural teachers, so as to promote education balanced development between urban and rural areas.Henan Province carried out the plan from2009.Till the end of2012, the plan had recruited teachers about40000for4years. The teacher is the main part of the plan. They are active in rural primary and secondary schools. With the development of China’s education reform, the teachers are put forward higher request. In the increasingly fierce competitive environment, teachers had psychological stress and mental health problems. This paper investigated teacher’s mental health in Yucheng County, to reflect the teachers’ psychological problems in the role adaptation. The author analyzes the causes of psychological problems. And puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the special hillock teacher’s mental health finally.
