| As the outstanding group in college students, college student leaders are the potential and main strength to achieve students’autonomy. Researching on the training of college student leaders is useful to guide students’ works in practice and cultivate talents for society. The educational idea that management is the core while training is the complement for college student leaders exists in traditional practice has been difficult to cope with the new changes because of its less intervention or low utility. Based on abundant practical experiences, this thesis takes scientific talent ideology as the core, tries to use goal setting theory that one of the stimulation theory, quotes managerial coach from management science, intensifies the intervention in the training by using coaching technology, helps college student leaders to find the best path to set goal to grow up. With analysis of micro-empirical cases, referencing and constructing the basic model of coaching technology goal setting, this thesis discusses the factors, steps and operations of coaching technology in the field of college student leaders’goal setting, especially emphasizes on the six coaching steps that are defining target, clarifying situation, acting target, acting plan, regulating encouragement, following action, in order to explore the construction of a new model of college student leaders’ goal setting and promote the growth and development of the students. |
