Health is essential to human survival and development, with thedevelopment ofscience and technology and the improvement of people’s living standard, the change oflife style, the pursuit of health has become an indispensable part of people’s life, healthis physical exercise zunzhi.Volleyball is one of the important contents of College Physical Education andhealth curriculum. But because of its highly collective skills, rigorous and net separatedcompetition and other characteristics, the college volleyball movement developmentsituation is not optimistic; control while college students by physical conditions andphysical ability, love of volleyball and participation motivation is not high, to someextent influence the volleyball in the popularization and development of colleges anduniversities.That goal setting theory, behavior is to complete the target motivated. Use inteaching goal setting theory is based on the modern educational theory as a foundation,to the concept of update as the premise, the teaching goal oriented, in order to meetteaching as the core, to a variety of teaching methods for the bridge, to the teachingevaluation as the driving force, to feedback correction as a means of teaching process,the vast majority of students to achieve the teaching goal the. In recent years, goalsetting teaching has been widely used in sports training and physical education.In this study,2011Jiujiang University students volleyball pass, pass technologyapplied in the teaching of "goal setting theory", adopting the method of teachingexperiment between the experimental group and the control group (in the materials,facilities, equipment, extracurricular practice time, under the same conditions, theexperimental group used goal setting teaching method, the control group with routinethe teaching method), evaluation technology of each period in the experiment of testingstudents, physical condition, obtain the study data needed. Experiments show that: inVolleyball Teaching in the setting objectives of teaching compared with the traditionalteaching method, has the following advantages:1and stimulate the students’ learningmotivation, goal setting success teaching so that students have a psychological preparation, they know that they will be the direction of development, can take theinitiative in learning, to mobilize students’ initiative; the goal setting teaching methodsso that students can clearly know what to learn what, according to a study plan formthis goal in their hearts, and helps to improve the students on the volleyball projectlearning ability, help them improve their physique, to form a good habit of activelearning the class is no longer, and no purpose, passive acceptance, but began to selfexploration; the goal setting can accelerate the formation of motor skills and practice,improve quality, enhance self-confidence, at the same time, the effective goal settingallows students to evaluate the learning effect timely, accurately, objectively, so thatstudents can foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses;4is arranged by a short termgoal to enable students to taste the joy of success, and gradually achieve long-term goalto achieve enhanced physique, promote The development of students’ overall physicaland mental health, cultivate a lifelong sports consciousness, so as to realize the ultimateaim of university physical education.To sum up, in the university volleyball and elective classes, goal setting theory isa worthy of emulation, is feasible, effective, is to promote the value and practicalteaching methods.
