In order to study self-efficacy on different goal setting,individual performance of the impact of technical action,both at home and abroad in the analysis of this study was about goal setting and self-efficacy,the relationship between exercise performance based on the use of literature,psychological measurement,experimental and mathematical statistics law,research methods,such as observation,to explore this issue. selected the Yangzhou University first-year physical education elective public table tennis as a Class 4 subjects,respectively,short and long term goals set group,group short-term goal,long-term goal group and the control group.Experimental group were treated with short and long-term goal, short-term goal,long-term goal of the goal set in three different medium to 16 weeks, one week each time and duration for 90 minutes. Separately in this experiment before the experiment, the medium of instruction for 8 weeks,16 weeks after the measurement of the medium of instruction was test self-efficacy and action of individual technical achievement, for a total of 3 target.In this study, the following conclusions: 1. A different set on the goal of the test level of general self-efficacy have a significant impact, but the same group of subjects before and after the experiment at the level of self-efficacy significantly different,and better than 16-week the effects of eight weeks and have a very significant difference.2. Different objectives have been set up to try to attack the left onto the right level of skills acquisition have a significant impact. Eight weeks after the medium of instruction, combined with short and long-term goal of the left pushing the right group to attack the level of skill acquisition than those of other experimental and control groups, and there is significant difference. After 16 weeks of instruction, combined with short and long-term goal of the left pushing the right group to attack the level of skill acquisition than those of other experimental and control groups, and with the long-term goal group and the control group there is a very significant difference. Group short-term goal is higher than the level of skills acquisition of long-term goal group and the control group, and with the control group were significantly different. The same group of subjects before and after the experiment at the individual level of technology acquisition action significantly, and the effect of 16 weeks is superior to the effects of eight weeks and have a very significant difference. 3. Combination of short-term goal group backhand chopping skills acquisition is higher than the level of long-term goal group and the control group, and with the control group were significantly different. After 16 weeks of instruction, combined with short and long-term goal group backhand chopping level of skills acquisition higher than that of other experimental and control groups, and with the long-term goal group and the control group there is a very significant difference. Combination of short-term goal group backhand chopping skills acquisition is higher than the level of long-term goal group and the control group, and with the long-term goal group and the control group there is a very significant difference between the same groups were tested before and after the experiment at the individual level of technology acquisition action significantly , and 16 weeks is better than the effect of eight weeks and have a very significant difference.
