| Procrastination is when people voluntarily procrastinate,even though they are a ware of the delay or its harmful effects.Procrastination is caused by self-management failure,inefficient execution,and poor perseverance,often with a series of negative effects.O n the one hand,it acts on behavioral results,such as learning efficiency is low,life ideal can not be realized,etc.O n the other hand,it acts on individual physical and mental development,such as anxiety,anxiety,psychological shame,inner anxiety and other negative emotions often appear while procrastinating,that can affect your physical and mental health.In view of the negative effects of procrastination,increase the research perspective and explore easy-to-learn intervention methods to reduce or overcome procrastination.This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,the experiment and so on method,explores the goal setting to the female university student after Class Physical Training Delay Influence.The results are as follows:(1)81.65% of female college students showed a tendency to delay physical exercise after school,and 53.99% of them were moderate or above.(2)after 12 weeks of experiment,the score of procrastination tendency of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the Control Group(t=-17.821,P<0.001),the scores of procrastination tendency of after-school physical exercise after experiment were significantly lower than those before experiment(t= 18.219,P<0.001).(3)the average frequency of delaying behavior in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group(t=-6.485,P< 0.01).The conclusions are as follows:(1)The procrastination tendency of after-school physical exercise is common among female college students,and the degree of procrastination is serious.(2)by means of the goal-setting theory,dividing the general goal of after-school physical exercise into stages can significantly reduce the level of female college students’ tendency to delay physical exercise after school.(3)by means of the theory of goal-setting,dividing the general goal of after-school physical exercise into stages can improve the delaying behavior of female college students.It is feasible to use goal-setting to intervene the delaying behavior of female college students after-school physical exercise.This paper puts forward three suggestions on using goal setting to intervene the problem of delaying behavior of after-school physical exercise. |
