The Research On Teaching Faculty Development Of Private Colleges Or University Under The Multicultural Backgrounds

With the development of exchanges and cooperation between the peoples of the world, thenational culture changes gradually from single to diversity. Cultural diversity has a great influence on thedifferent classes of people. Under the cultural background, the construction of the teachers in privateuniversities, also affected to varying degrees. Therefore, in this study of the college teachers’ constructioncan not ignore the influence of cultural diversity on it. This paper is to probe into the relationship betweenthe two, the development trend influence with each other and the tremendous impact on the future survivalof private universities, and also analysis the existing problem of the construction of the teachers in privateuniversities under the background of multi-culture, and explore ways to solve problems.This paper has five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background, purpose and the idea and method of theresearch.The second part is the summary of the theory, which is mainly on the multicultural concept, theconcept of private universities and private university teacher’s concepts are defined. Then describe thecharacteristics of multicultural, and analysis the influence of multicultural and the current status andcomponent of teaching faculty of private college.The third part analyzes the current loss status、problem and cause of teaching faculty of theprivate university under the multicultural background, and prospects for the development of the contingentof teachers in private universities under the background of multicultural.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem which is proposed in theprevious chapter from two different aspects, which are the private universities internal, externalenvironmental factors.The fifth part is the summary and outlook about the impact on the development of privateuniversities under the multicultural background.
