Gratitude is a positive emotion, positive stimulating individual on the outside of the perception,the stable state of appreciation, and this state is diffuse, can promote the positive emotions, gratitudeconcerns human merits and virtues, has a great role to improve the well-being of people.This study as the main target groups of college students, to explore their parenting style andpsychological well-being, as well as the role of gratitude in the between the parental rearing patterns andpsychological well-being. Based on the analysis in the literature, to parenting questionnaire for universitystudents, gratitude questionnaire and psychological well-being questionnaire as the tool of the researchconducted a questionnaire survey of675college students, and the data for statistical analysis, draw thefollowing conclusion:(1)college students’ psychological well-being overall in the middle level, which had the highestpersonal growth. Overall, the psychological well-being of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.The girl in a controlled environment, personal growth, and the four dimensions of others, positiverelationship between life goals scored significantly higher than boys. College Students’ psychologicalwell-being has significant difference in personal growth dimension, specific performance in the stage of thepsychological well-being of university students scored significantly higher than the big two, O Mi andsenior in personal growth dimension score. Psychological well-being of college students from city studentssense of independence and self acceptance scores in these two dimensions and total score were significantlyhigher than the small towns or counties and rural students psychological well-being score.(2) college students gratitude overall in the middle level. The span factor had the highest. Thegirls of the higher level of gratitude than boys, affected by the mother larger students’ gratitude scoredsignificantly higher than the influence of his great students scored in gratitude frequency dimension, whileno significant statistical difference in other dimensions and total score. In the stage of the students’ gratitudescores on these three dimensions of gratitude, gratitude depth frequency and density was significantlyhigher than that of the big two, all O Mi and senior score. From rural students’ gratitude scores weresignificantly higher than those from the other two regions of the college students. (3)there was a significant positive correlation between the psychological well-being of collegestudents and gratitude. Each factor authoritarian, indulgent and neglectful parenting style and mentalwell-being and gratitude is significantly negatively related to the trust, encourage education and emotionalwarmth and gratitude to parents and psychological well-being of each factor is significantly related to.(4) parenting style has significant predictors of psychological well-being. In gratitude, bystatistical analysis that parental rearing pattern through the psychological well-being of the sense ofgratitude, with some intermediary role to play.
