Along with the Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program (Trial),the new curriculum reformguiding document for the promulgation of China’s education sector eighth official launch of the newcurriculum reform. Of the new curriculum reform from eight aspects of the curriculum reform objectives,course structure curriculum standards, teaching process, teaching materials development and management,curriculum evaluation, curriculum management, teachers raining and training all-round reform, the reformthan ever before. The fall of2008, Henan Province, began implementing the new curriculum reform, theYuzhou implementation, the effect of high school biology curriculum reform in Yuzhou how to do? Highschool biology teachers in the course of implementation encountered resistance? Order to be able to learnin detail the relevant circumstances, the initial stage of the implementation of the new curriculum of thefour high schools in the Yuzhou Second high school, the Yuzhou Wenshu high school, the Yuzhou Thirdhigh school, the Yuzhou Forth high school carried out a detailed investigation. Personally in the form ofquestionnaires and vital teacher to student interviews from the teacher (teacher level, the concept ofteachers, professional knowledge and skills, teaching and research capacity and training), teachingmaterials, teaching the degree of implementation, the pressure (self, schools, new curriculum) and theevaluation of students ’classroom five settings conducted a questionnaire survey, combined with interviewsfound that the resistance encountered by the teachers in the early stages of reform of the new high schoolbiology curriculum specific implementation process focused on: first, teachers’ teaching quality to beimproved. second, the use of new materials, there are a variety of questions. Third, teaching specificembodiment the operation difficult. forth, the pressure on teachers. Fifth, the evaluation unreasonable. Forsuch resistance, the author combines personal experience and insight to put forward their views andsuggestions. Improve the teaching quality of teachers; teachers need to frequently teaching reflection,attention to the evaluation of students’ classroom; firm belief of the implementation of the new curriculum,and gradually the use of inquiry teaching methods; appeal to the community to reduce stress for teachersgroups. I hope to provide some reference value for the first biology teacher who can do better and morethorough implementation of the new curriculum.
