Teacher is the key factor affecting implementation of curriculum reform and relative decisively to success or failure of the curriculum reform.Teachers'resistance to curriculum reform exists in the course of the curriculum reform.Certainly,the emergence of teachers'resistance to curriculum reform is unnecessarily a disaster,The reflections on teachers'resistance can make us examine the curriculum reform.Solving the teachers'resistance problem,curriculum reform will be developed more smoothly.Based on the assumption that a individual teacher is a"rational economic person"with his"interests attitude"——the pursuit of maximum utility as the starting point,this article attempts to examine the reasons of teachers'resistance in the course of the curriculum reform.The contradictory between the limitation of the disposable resources and the unlimited demand is an eternal problem that an individual teacher can face in his or her teaching and education activities,and because of the profundity and fundamental of the curriculum reform,it makes the problem even worse than ever.Teachers can be beneficial to our society by being actively engaged in the curriculum reform to try to update their teaching philosophy and apply it to the teaching practices. But that is not the teachers weigh when they allocate the disposable resources. The criteria weighed by teachers when facing the curriculum reform is what benefits can bring to the individual teacher.Based on the analysis of the need theory,the reason for the emergence of teachers'resistance is that a individual teacher's needs can't be satisfied when they participate in the curriculum reform;Based on the game theory,the reason for the emergence of teacher'resistance is the decrease of individual effectiveness caused by the conflicts between individual teacher's rationality;Based on the analysis of path dependence theory,the reason for the emergence of teachers'resistance is the decrease of individual effectiveness when the curriculum reform influences the benefit allocation in an organization.If we can cope with the relationship between teachers'pursuit of individual effectiveness and their participation in the curriculum reform, and try to stimulate teachers'enthusiasm by reducing the cost and increase the benefits when teachers participate in the curriculum reform,teachers'resistance can be eliminated. In the course of the curriculum reform,if we can adopt all the strategies of being incremental and fundamental,inducement and compulsion,cooperation and competition, we can effectively eliminate teachers'resistance.
