But that is not the teachers weigh when they allocate the disposable resources. The criteria weighed by teachers when facing the curriculum reform is what benefits can bring to the individual teacher.Based on the analysis of the need theory,the reason for the emergence of teachers'resistance is that a individual teacher's needs can't be satisfied when they participate in the curriculum reform;Based on the game theory,the reason for the emergence of teacher'resistance is the decrease of individual effectiveness caused by the conflicts between individual teacher's rationality;Based on the analysis of path dependence theory,the reason for the emergence of teachers'resistance is the decrease of individual effectiveness when the curriculum reform influences the benefit allocation in an organization.If we can cope with the relationship between teachers'pursuit of individual effectiveness and their participation in the curriculum reform, and try to stimulate teachers'enthusiasm by reducing the cost and increase the benefits when teachers participate in the curriculum reform,teachers'resistance can be eliminated.
