At present,in the era of rapid development of science and technology and rapid growth of network knowledge,the competition among countries in the world is mainly about the competition between education and talents,and education and talent cultivation are inseparable from teachers.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the basic concept of the "General Senior High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",which focuses on the cultivation of students' scientific inquiry ability and improves students' biological literacy.However,biology teachers are the implementer of new curriculum standards,the disseminators of scientific knowledge,the initiators of scientific interests,the guides of scientific methods,and the promoters of scientific spirit.Therefore,the level of teachers' literacy directly affects the cultivation of students' core literacy.So what requirements does the new curriculum standard have for biology teachers' accomplishment?What is the current status of biology teacher literacy?What are some Suggestions for the current situation?The investigation and optimization research on the current situation of biology teachers' quality were carried out.First of all,this study mainly adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method,taking 8 ordinary high schools in A city as the survey scope,120 teachers and 240 students as the survey objects,combined with interview information of more than 10 teachers,to understand the teacher literacy of first-line biology teachers.Questionnaire questions are set according to the four dimensions of the concept of biology teacher literacy,namely,survival development literacy,knowledge structure literacy,teaching activity literacy,and scientific literacy.Five interview questions were also set up according to four dimensions to comprehensively analyze the current status of biology teachers' literacy.On this basis,combined with the requirements of the new curriculum standard for biology teachers,the problems of biology teacher literacy are analyzed.Then,according to the survey results,the analysis of the literacy of high school biology teachers and the analysis of the existence of biology teacher literacy in combination with the new curriculum standard mainly reflect the following aspects:(1)Survival and development literacy including physical and mental health problems,lack of responsibility of biology teachers,lack of basic teaching literacy skills of biology teachers.(2)knowledge structure literacy:there are differences in the understanding of the new curriculum standard teaching philosophy,the college entrance examination reform thought is not thorough,the knowledge of biology subject is not systematic,the richness of interdisciplinary knowledge needs to be improved;(3)Teaching activities literacy:the slack of teaching attitude,the tradition of teaching thoughts,and the simplification of teaching evaluation methods;(4)The problem of literacy in scientific research:the lack of literacy in biological experiments,and the lack of scientific research and innovation literacy.Finally,suggestions for optimization based on the problem.In the aspect of survival and development:the attention to the physical and mental health status of the biology teachers,the improvement of the cultivation of the biology teachers,the improvement of the basic teaching quality of the biology teachers;The optimization strategy of knowledge structure literacy:update the understanding of the new curriculum standard teaching concept,grasp the new trends of the college entrance examination reform,enrich the knowledge literacy,and clarify the direction of professional growth and development;Optimization of teaching activities literacy:overcoming burnout,establishing a lifelong learning philosophy,and growing in teaching reflection;scientific research literacy optimization strategy:deepening scientific research awareness,improving scientific research capabilities,organizing scientific research training,and growing in teaching reflection.
