But with the development of independent colleges, there occur new problems and challenges regarding the new ideas, management system and the status quo of independent colleges.Project management is to complete a set of goals, through a special form of temporary organization and operation mechanism. It is a system management approach to take the most advantage of the existing limited resources through effective planning, organization, leadership and control. This thesis discusses the following aspects of project management issues for the student work in independent colleges. First, the current status of the student work in independent colleges is analyzed and studied. Second, the plans and steps are given. Third, the validation and effectiveness are discussed through practical application.
