As a new form of higher education,independent college education has its own characteristics,and gradually accumulated in the process of development in accordance with the characteristics of teaching and management system independent college itself.It appears that our country's higher education in terms of scale and education resources are obtained great development,provides the more eager to accept higher education students.As responsible for the ideological education and management work in colleges and universities the main personnel,the development of counselor constrained by many factors,such as independent college within the system of choose and employ persons and incentives,and so on.To improve the education of the education teaching quality in independent colleges,and promote its long-term development,requires the aspects from the construction of the counselor team,strengthen the cultivation of professional quality of instructors,improve the comprehensive ability of the counselor,cultivating instructors dedicated spirit of service,ensure the stable development of the counselor team to play out the ideological education of the true value.This article in the introduction part in the first place in the study of and reference at home and abroad,summarizes and induction about the counselor team construction documents,the first chapter of the characteristics of independent colleges and universities students and the requirement of the counselor team construction are analyzed,and discussed the independent college counselors and the differences between ordinary institutions of higher learning counselor team construction;Independent colleges in Shaanxi province as an example,the second chapter,taking a five independent colleges in Shaanxi province as research object and according to the data analysis of the questionnaire is out of the current main problems of independent college counselor team construction in Shaanxi Province,this paper analyzes the Insufficient consideration about counselor,poor specialized construction,imperfect management system,professionalism level of counselor is not so high and the working pressure five aspects of problems;The third chapter from the perspective of society,school and counselors individual three probes into the reasons of these problems;Finally in the fourth chapter from Promote the building of contingent specialization,establish and perfect the system of the counselor team construction,strengthen the attention of the independent college counselors team,improve the counselor professional ability training and pressure release five Angle put forward the corresponding solution strategy.
