Theoretical And Empirical Study Of Sports Industry Strategic Capital Management

During the market-oriented economy, capital operation is an inevitablephenomenon. Capital operation, which is the necessary choice for the development ofsports industry in our country, can help sports industry achieve the strategicallygreatest progress in the least time and at the fastest speed. The researches into capitaloperation in sports industry in China mainly focus on four aspects: sports capitalmarket and capital system; capital operation system in sports industry; the connotationand implementation of sports industry capital operation and theories and practices onsports intangible assets. Through the systematic analysis and classification of relateddocuments and empirical experience, combining empirical research and so on, we putforward a more comprehensive and more scientific theoretical framework of strategiccapital operation in sports industry.Currently, the capital market in China is still incomplete, and the moderncorporate system has not been entirely shaped in sports industry in China. Whereas,capital operation relies on the complete capital market and is guaranteed by theconsummate modern enterprise system. Therefore, we must not only set up andconsummate the modern corporate system, but also impel the mutually beneficialdevelopment between sports industry capital operation and capital market. In theprocess of research, we also emphasize that we will analyze the sports industry capitaloperation from the perspective of strategic management and regard capital operationas a strategic method to promote sports industry.Through the empirical research at the last part, we hope to recognize and analyzethe main difficulties and obstructions, in the light of which we propose severalpractical suggestions and policies. Capital operation is conducive to the sustainabledevelopment of sports industry, besides, as one of the important methods ofintegrating sports industry, it can boost the optimal distribution of sports resources.Infact, neutral government and local government have revealed the strong inclinationfor the development of capital operation in sports industry in the recently issued documents----<instruction opinion on developing sports industry> and <practicalpolicy> respectively.
